Here’s how I helped Expert Wealth grow to £1.3M of annual revenue whilst laying the foundations for internal succession rather than sale.
When I started working with Dom and Jonathan…
- They knew they did great work for their clients, but they were too busy.
- They had set goals for the business, but I asked them to be more ambitious. I knew how good they were and that their trajectory could be steeper and higher than they might have believed at the time.
- It’s also fair to say they were getting a little bit bored. They still loved giving advice to their clients. However, the business itself wasn’t quite as exciting as they felt it should be after all these years of effort.
- And most importantly, they were interested in creating their own internal successors for the business. Selling to some third party didn’t sit right.
