There are two streams that will run concurrently, so there are two coaching days each quarter to block out. One is aimed at the leadership group and future leaders, while the other is aimed at any advisers you want to fast-track from a skills development point of view.

  • One full day of coaching per quarter (on Zoom)
  • Succession and/or Sale Planning
  • Leadership Coaching
  • Communication Skills
  • Financing Options
  • Corporate Governance
  • 1:1 calls in between each day
  • Suitable for business owners, practice managers and G2 leaders in your organisation

Stream 2 - Selling Skills

  • One full day of coaching per quarter (on Zoom)
  • Consultative Selling Skills
  • Questioning and Listening Skills
  • Practical ‘at the coalface’ Training
  • Experienced Teachers
  • 1:1 calls in between each day
  • Suitable for all up-and-coming advisers in your organisation; especially G2 leaders who are in advisory roles.
